Recipe for Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
- 2 cup yoghurt / curd
- 1 cup grated cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried/fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon curry leaves (optional)
Cooking Directions
Take yoghurt in a bowl , whisk or blend with hand blender.
Add all spices and salt. Mix well
Now add grated cucumber , stir in and add curry leaves.Pour in serving bowl and enjoy with main course. If you like this you may also like Boondi Raita.
