Recipe for Chicken Corn Soup
Ingredients
- Chicken (boneless):100 g
- Egg: 1
- Corn flour: 4 tbsp
- Black pepper: 1/4 tsp
- White pepper: ¼ tbsp
- Soup: 3 cups
- Water: 1 litre
- Carrot: 1
- Onion: half
- Green shallots: 1
- Sweet corn: 1 cup
Cooking Directions
Heat 3 cups of chicken stock and put boneless chicken in it.
Add onion, carrot and green onion to its place the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Now sieve the vegetables.
Add white pepper, black pepper and sweet corn. In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of corn flour with water and pour it slowly into chicken stock.
Beat an egg and add it to the soup.Serve when it is ready.
