Recipe for Khoya (Mava) Kulfi
Ingredients
- Khoya (Mava) – 250g
- Condensed milk – 1 can or 400g
- Evaporated milk chilled – 16oz
- Cream – 400g
- kewra water – 1tsp
- Bread slices – 2
- Crushed pistachio – 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Now put this mixture in freezer in kulfa container or in any air tight container for at least 12 hours.
Then serve this yummy kulfa to all your family and friends.
