• Chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Mayonnaise – 1 cup
• Cream – ¼ cup
• Ketchup – ½ cup
• Chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
• Chopped gherkins – 2 tbsp
• Boiled egg white – 1
• Mustard paste – 1 tsp
• Paprika powder – ½ tsp
• Capers – 1 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• Raisins – 2 tbsp
• Parsley – 2 tbsp

Macaroni Salad with Cheese
Macaroni cooked up and folded with Thousand Island dressing. Then add raisins, parsley and serve with pizza or have as it is.

Ingredients:
Boiled macaroni – 2 cups
Cheddar cheese or cottage cheese – 200gm or 1 cup

Method:
We Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and then add boiled macaroni, cheese, raisins and parsley, mix well.

Serve in serving bowl and enjoy. This salad is a very good combination with pizza.
