• Cucumber 1
• Big tomato 1
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
• Cumin seeds (roasted and roughly crushed) 1/2 tsp
• Crushed pepper 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Sugar to taste

Peel and slice the cucumber and tomato thinly.

Spread out on a flat dish and sprinkle salt.

At the time of serving, sprinkle over sugar, vinegar and crushed cumin seeds and pepper.
