Recipe for Tomato Cucumber Salad
Ingredients

- Cucumber 1
- Big tomato 1
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds (roasted and roughly crushed) 1/2 tsp
- Crushed pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Cooking Directions
Peel and slice the cucumber and tomato thinly.
Spread out on a flat dish and sprinkle salt.
At the time of serving, sprinkle over sugar, vinegar and crushed cumin seeds and pepper.
