• 1kg beef( keema),boiled
• Potato 6 large ((boiled and mashed))
• Mince 250 gm
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Onion 1 (small, chopped)
• Coriander leaves ½ bunch
• 1 tblsp chilli powder
• Chat masala 1/2 tsp
• 2 eggs
• Bread crumbs a bowl or as required
• Green chilies 6 (ground)
• Cumin 1 tsp (roasted and crushed)
• Salt 1 tsp
• Mint leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Oil for frying

Boil potatoes and beef( keema)then mash them and mix all ingredient and knead well.

Make medium sized kebabs ,Dip kababs in beaten egg coat in crumbs and shallow fry.
