Recipe for Shahi Kebab
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo beef minced
- 1 tsp Back peppercorns crushed
- 4 Black Cardamoms
- 1 tbsp Coconut, grated
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsps Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp poppy seed
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsps Onion paste
- 1 tbsp Yoghurt
Cooking Directions
In a bowl mix beef mince with all ingredients and 1 tbsp of oil. Keep aside for 15 mins.
Wet your hands with water and mould mixture round the
skewers pressing and shaping long.
Cook them in oven or on grill Let it cook from one side and then turn to cook from other side
Brush the oil after every 3 mins Serve with chutney
