• 350 grams sugar free custard
• 20 grams gelatin
• 15 grams coffee powder
• 10 ml rum
• 15 ml kahlua
• 200 grams mascarpone cheese
• Drinking chocolate

Add warm gelatin in custard and mix them properly

Take coffee powder and add little water, dissolve it. Add it into custard

Now, add rum, kahlua, cheese and rich cream. Mix with whisker until it becomes smooth

Now, pour it into desired mould which is lined by wafer crumbs and serve frozen
