Recipe for Chocolate Nut Cake

Ingredients

  • 170 grams butter
  • 70 grams dark chocolate
  • 170 grams sugar
  • 8 grams cocoa powder
  • 160 grams flour
  • 4 grams baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 grms nuts
  • For Topping
  • 100 grms butter
  • 125 grms sugar
  • 100 grms liquid glucose
  • 75 grms water
  • 250 grms pistachio, nibbled

Cooking Directions

Whisk butter, sugar and eggs slowly. Scrap the bowl to avoid uneven mixing of butter and sugar Add dry ingredients to it

Fill the batter in desired moulds. Bake it at 175 degree centigrade Bake about 90 percent

Take it out of oven and spread the nuts (toppings) on top and bake till the nuts starts to turn golden in colour.
