• Chicken (boneless)-200gram.
• Bar-Be-Que Masala-1tbsp
• Lemon Syrup-2tbsp
• Garlic Paste-1tbsp

• For the Pizza Dough
• All Purpose Flour (maida)-1/2kg
• Yeast (khamira)-1sachet
• Sugar-1tbsp
• Baking Powder-2tsp
• Salt-to taste
• For the Topping
• Capsicum (without seeds, cut into slices)-1
• Tomato (without seeds, cut into slices)-1
• Mushrooms (slices)-1/2 cup
• Black Olives (slices)_1/2 cup
• Pizza Sauce-1 cup
• Mozzarella Cheese-400gram

First of all take a mixing bowl put bar-be-que masala, garlic paste, lemon syrup, red pepper, salt and mix it well.

After that marinate chicken with this mixture.

Take a pan heat up oil and fry chicken until it turns light brown in color.

Your chicken is ready.

For the Making Dough


Heat up water and add yeast, sugar mix it and leave it for 15 minutes.

After that take flour and add salt, baking powder, yeast mixture and make a dough now leave it for 3 to 4 hours wrap in plastic refer

For the making pizza


First of all take pizza dough, make small balls and roll on over a smooth surface.

After that apply pizza sauce.

now put these rolls in free heated oven 200C for 15 to 20 minutes
