• Pizza Dough:
• Flour 250 gm
• Salt a pinch
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Baking Powder 1 tsp
• Yeast ½ tsp
• For Filling:
• Boiled Chicken 250 gm
• Capsicum (chopped) 1
• Onion (slightly fried) 1
• Egg 1
• Olives (Sliced) ½ cup
• Mozzarella Cheese (Grated) 200gm
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
• Oregano ½ tsp
• Pizza Sauce 3-4 tbsp

To prepare dough, firstly, dissolve ½ tsp yeast and 1 tsp sugar in warm water and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Now add salt, 1 tsp baking powder and dissolved yeast in 250 gm of flour.

Knit it well and keep it aside for 3-4 hour in a warm place.

Fold it again with the help of your hand. Roll the dough.

Separately, take 250 gm boiled chicken, 1 chopped capsicum, 3-4 tbsp pizza sauce, 200 gm mozzarella cheese, 1 slightly fried onion, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, ½ cup olives and ½ tsp oregano in a mixing bowl.

Mix it and stuff the mixture on the pizza dough and roll it.

Brush the egg on the edges.

Bake the pizza sticks in the preheat oven for 15-20 mins at 200c.

Once baked sprinkle the olives from the top.

Brush egg and butter mixture.

Keep it in the oven for another 2 minutes. Serve it hot.
