Recipe for Gujrati Aloo
Ingredients
- 4 boiled and diced potatoes
- 2 grams Flour
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- few curry leaves
- to taste salt
- 1 Lemon''s juice
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- 1/4 cup oil
Cooking Directions
Add the potatoes in a bowl, and add all the masala to the potatoes, salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes and gram flour.
In a pan heat ¼ cup oil, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add ginger garlic paste and now add the potatoes.
Fry well till the masala coats the potatoes well.
Now add the curry leaves and lemon juice.
Sprinkle fresh coriander and cover for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
