• 1 chopped Lauki
• 2-4 chopped tomatoes
• Green chillies
• 1 tsp cumin seeds (depending on the size of lauki, mine was pretty big)
• 3-4 chopped garlic cloves
• 2 round red chilli
• 5-6 Curry leave (Kurhi patta)
• 1/2 tsp crushed red chillies
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• to taste Salt

Heat up the oil and crackle the cumin seeds & round red chillies with curry leaves & chopped garlic cloves.

Add chopped lauki and all the spices and bhonify it for few minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté it for few minutes and add ¼ cup of water and let it cook at low flame until it is tender. Serve.
