Recipe for Stir Fried Thai Vegetables
Ingredients
- 60 gm chopped baby corn
- 120 gm broccoli flower
- 60 gm asparagus
- 120 gm chopped pakchoi
- 60 gm chopped black/fresh mushrooms
- 30 gm garlic
- 2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
- Salt as per taste
- White pepper powder according to your taste
Cooking Directions
Plunge vegetables in boiling water in a deep pan and blanch them for 1 minute. Wash off with cold water and keep it separately.
Now pour oil in a pan and heat it. Sauté ginger and garlic.
Add the blanched vegetables and soya sauce.
Add salt and white pepper and stir well. Non-vegetarians can add fish sauce to add flavour to the dish.
