Recipe for Spicy Fish Finger

Ingredients

  • 200 grams fish pieces
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • pinch garam masala
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 3 tbsps coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Oil

Cooking Directions

Wash fish pieces. Mix all ingredients (except eggs, bread crumbs and oil).

Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture and keep aside for an hours. Beat egg. Heat oi in a pan.

Dip fish pieces in egg and roll it in bread crumbs.

Deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with any sauce.
