• 2 cups Boiled Spaghetti
• 1/2 cup curds
• 2 cups chopped spinach
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 1 cup cheese
• 2 tbsps oil
• 1/4 cup plain flour
• to taste salt
• to taste black pepper

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute’ till they turn translucent. Keep aside.

Combine spaghetti, boiled spinach, onions, curds, cheese, plain flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Layer the mixture in a baking dish.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
