Recipe for TANGRI KABAB
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsps lemon
- 3/4 cup beetroot
- to taste salt
- 3/4 Yogurt
- 80 grams Cream
- 1 tsp cumin
- 5 tsps Garlic and ginger paste
- 4 tsps butter
Cooking Directions
Skin the chicken drumsticks and make 2 deep incisions on each
Mix lemon juice, beetroot and salt and rub evenly over the chicken.Keep aside for at least 45 mins
Whisk yogurt in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix it well
Marinate the chicken drumsticks in this mixture and keep in the refrigerator for 30 mins
Preheat the oven to 175 C
Skewer the chicken drumsticks 2 cm apart and roast for about 10-15mins, basting with melted butter
Serve hot with lemon
