Recipe for Tomato Fish Fillets
Ingredients
- Cod or any other white fish 2 fillets
- Tomato (halved) 4 medium
- Flour 1 oz
- Onion 1 medium
- Green Pepper(capsicum) 1/2
- Butter(melted) 1 oz
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 pinch
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Place tomatoes in liquidizer with sugar, salt, paprika, pepper, lemon juice & flour,and blend for a few seconds on maximum speed to form puree.
Add onion and green pepper,and switch off then chopped,without pulverizing them completely.
Put the butter in baking dish and lay the fish in it.Pour the sauce over it and bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
