• 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
• 3 tbsps almonds
• 2 green chillies
• 3 tbsps cashews
• 3 tbsps peanuts
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1 slice bread
• 3 tbsps all purpose flour
• 4 tbsps coriander
• 1 tsp chopped ginger
• to taste Salt
• 2 cups bread crumbs
• 1 cup oil

Chop cashew nuts, peanuts and almonds .

In a bowl add mashed potatoes, salt, chillis, ginger, garam masala, the nuts and bread slice. Mix them all well.

In another bowl add very few drops of water to the all purpose flour to make a thin paste.

Make desired shape out of the cutlet mixture, dip them into the flour batter and then coat them with bread crumbs.

Pan fry the cutlets. Serve with green chutney
