Recipe for MEAT PAKORAS
Ingredients
- 1 kilo beef slices
- 2 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp hot spices powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsps Raw papaya paste
- 5 tbsps pearl millet flour
- 4 tbsps cornflour
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 4 tbsps fresh coriander (chopped)
- 4 tbsps mint leaves
- 3 tbsps Green chilies
- 1 Egg
- 3 cups Oil
Cooking Directions
Marinate meat with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, hot spices, salt and raw papaya for at least 2 hours
Add millet flour, cornflour, onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and egg
Mix it well
Heat oil in a wok, fry meat mixture in spoonfuls on low flame till golden
Remove on butter paper Serve with chutney
