• 1 cup pasta (use the type you like)
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup full cream milk
• 1/2 cup mushroom (optional)
• 1 chicken breast cut in small pieces
• 1 cup cheese (I used cheddar)
• 2 teaspoons dried mint
• 1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper (optional)

Fry the chicken till it''s done, then add the mint, mushrooms and chili.

Boil your pasta and keep it aside.

Add the pasta to the chicken, stir to make the flavor stick to the pasta.

Add the cheese and the milk and stir for 2-3 minutes.

When you serve, sprinkle dry mint on top.
