Recipe for GULGULAY
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Icing sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 5 tbsps coconut powder
- 5 tbsps pistachios
- 5 tbsps Almond
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsps Yogurt
- 2 Egg
- 300 grams Refined flour
Cooking Directions
Crush sesame seeds, almonds, coconut and pistachios
Mix refined flour, yogurt, eggs, almond mixture, sugar and baking soda thoroughly in a bowl
Add a little water and make a paste as for fritters
Heat oil in a wok
Put spoonfuls of this mixture in the oil and fry until golden
Place fried gulgulay on butter paper Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
