Recipe for BESANI LADOO
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bengal Gram (Flour)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup clarified buteter
- 1 tbsp Cashews chopped
- 1 tbsp Raisins chopped
- 2 tbsps Almonds chopped
- pinch Cardamom Powder
Cooking Directions
Heat clarified butter in a pan and add bengal gram (Flour), mix well.
Roast bengal gram (Flour) on medium heat until it becomes light brown in color.
Cook for ten minutes
Add sugar, chopped nuts and cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well.
Take 2 tbsp of mixture in your palm and gently press it between your palms to make a smooth round ball.
Garnish with raisins. Let them cool Serve
