Recipe for MANGO PUDDING
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mango Juice
- 2 cups Mango (peeled and cubed)
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 4 tsps Gelatin
- 1/2 cup Mango Chopped
Cooking Directions
In a blender add mango, mango juice and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
In a pan add milk, cream, gelatin and sugar.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Pour pureed mango mixture into pan and mix well.
Pour mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for3 hours.
Garnish with chopped mango
