Recipe for LAUKI KA RAITA
Ingredients
- 1 cup Lauki grated
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp White cumin seeds roasted and crushed
- Water optional
Cooking Directions
Boil grated lauki till soft, drain and cool it.
Stir the yogurd with hand mixer.
Add lauki and mix well. If the yogurd is thick mix little milk or water.
Now add salt, roasted and crushed cumin seeds and chili powder, mix well.
Keep in refrigerator for an hour or so. Serve lauki raita chilled.
