Recipe for Cauliflower And Radish Pickle
Ingredients
- 500 grams cauliflower
- 500 grams radish
- 4 tbsps mustard seeds
- 2 tbsps red chili paste
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 cups Mustard Oil
- 3 tsps Salt
Cooking Directions
Peel and cut the radish into 1? thick and cut the cauliflower into small flowerettes Heat oil until smoking point and cook
Place the cut vegetables in a large bowl. Add salt, turmeric, chili and mustard Mix well Add oil and mix again
Bottle in a large airtight jar for 5daysPut jar in the sunlight
Shake the jar 3 times a day
