• 1Vinegar cup Oil
• to taste Salt
• 4 tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tsp Garlic chopped
• 1 tsp White Pepper
• 1 tsp Mustard
• 1 tbsp Sugar

In a blender add all ingredients and blend them well.
Put it in a jar

Add dressing to salad five minutes before serving.
Stir very well before use.
