Recipe for KEEMA SAMOSA
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo minced beef
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- to taste salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3 green chilies chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander
- 2 onion coarsely sliced
Cooking Directions
Put meat in a pot on medium heat and dry the water already present in it along with salt, pepper and turmeric.
When water dries add green chili, onion and coriander leaves and dry water on high heat and remove.
Take the ready-made samosa strips and use this filling.
Seal the edges of samosa using a mixture of some flour dissolved in a little water and cooked into a thick paste
Deep fry them for 5mins Serve with chutney
