Recipe for VEGETABLE PATTIES
Ingredients
- 2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 grated carrot
- 3 tbsps french beans (finely minced)
- 1/4 cup green peas (boiled and mashed)
- pinch Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 3 bread slices (dip in water, immediately remove, squeeze out water and crumble)
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- 2 tbsps coriander leaves (chopped)
Cooking Directions
Combine mashed potatoes, green peas, grated carrot, french beans, crumbled bread, green chilli-ginger paste, coriander pwd, garam masala pwd, peanut pwd, salt and coriander leaves.
Prepare large lemon sized balls and flatten to form a pattie shape.
Coating the patties with bread crumbs all over and keep aside.Drizzle oil over a hot frying pan.
Shallow fry on medium flame on both sides till they turn golden brown.
Remove onto absorbent paper, then place on a baking sheet and keep in a warm oven till you serve them.
Serve hot with tomato sauce
