Recipe for Dal Kababi
Ingredients
- Gram lenti l½ cup
- Yellow lenti l½ cup
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Salt to taste
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Chopped green coriander ½ bunch
- Chopped mint leaves1 bunch
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
- Egg whites 2
- Oil to fry
Cooking Directions
Soak ½ cup gram lentil and ½ cup yellow lentil in some hot water and boil it.
Now chop the chicken mince and both the lentils.
When everything is chopped, add in 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 egg white, 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 egg whites, ½ bunch green coriander, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 bunch mint leaves, 1 tbsp roasted and crushed cumin, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and some salt. Mix it and knit it and make kabab.
Once they are golden brown take them out and serve it with chili garlic sauce.
