• 2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
• 2 cups boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 cup milk
• pinch of salt
• 3 tsps sugar/honey
• Pinch of ginger paste
• Pinch of cinnamon
• Pinch of nutmeg
• 1 tsp all purpose flour
