Recipe for Dahi Ke Kabab
Ingredients
- 1/2liters yogurt
- 100gm cottage cheese,grated
- 40gm onion, chopped
- 30gm ginger, chopped
- 10 gm fresh coriander leaves,chopped
- 1 cup cornflour
- 30gm cashew nut powder
- 30gm chopped raisins
- 4gm white pepper powder
- 4gm cardamom powder
- salt to taste
- oil to grill
Cooking Directions
Hang yoghurt overnight.
Saute the onion and ginger in minimum oil till it sweats.
Mix the other ingredients.
Adjust seasoning and shape into tikkis.
Grill them on a medium hot skillet.
Garnish and serve with chutney.
