• 1/2 cup pasta
• 2 cups vegetable stock (boiled vegetable water)
• 1/2 onion/spring onion (finely chopped)
• 1 pod garlic (finely chopped)
• 1/2 carrot (grated/finely chopped)
• Parsley Leaves (chopped)
• 1 cup green beans (chopped finely, boiled)
• '' sweet corn (boiled)
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 3 tsp Tomato puree
• Salt as per taste
• Pepper and oregano powder
• 1 tsp corn flour

Saute onion and garlic in oil until golden brown.

Add the vegetable stock, with carrots, parsley, beans, sweet corn, peas, pasta and stir well.

Bring the soup to boil and add tomato puree.

After 2-3 minutes, season the vegetable stock soup with salt, pepper and oregano. Serve hot.
