• 1 Carrot
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Cucumber (Kheera)
• Lettuce Leaf (Salaad)
• 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 3 Slices of Fresh Bread
• 3 Pieces Black Olives (Zaitoon)
• 3 Pieces Green Olives
• 1 Breast Piece of Chicken
• Black Pepper Taste
• White Pepper Taste

Take boneless Chicken and chop it into small pieces and boil around 7-10 Minutes.

When boiled, take the pieces in a bowl and add Salt, White Pepper, Black Pepper and Mayonnaise and mix well.

Take a bread slice, cut the edges of the bread. Spread some Mayonnaise on the bread; add some Chicken mixture, Tomato, Cucumber, Black and Green Olives and Lettuce.

Now add the other slice of bread with Mayonnaise on it and give the sandwich a triangular shape.

Garnish:

Serve the sandwich along with Parsley, Tomato Ketchup, Chilli Garlic Sauce and Mayonnaise.
