Recipe for Bun Kabab (Sandwich)
Ingredients
- Chana daal 2 cup
- Onion 2
- Garlic 4
- Black pepper 8
- Clove 6
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Black cardamom
- Cinnimon stick 2
- Whole red chilli 8
- Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
- Green chilli
- Egg 2
- Bun 6
- For Green Chutney:
- Coriander 1 cup
- Mint 1/2 cup
- Green chilli 4
- Garlic 3
- Vnegar 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- For Khatti Methi Chutney:
- Chilli 4
- Cumin seed 1 tsp
- Garlic 3
- Tamarind 1/4 cup
- Ketchup 1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
Boil channa daal with all spices and grind well.
Cut onion and green coriander and green chili mix in kabab mixture.
Make kababs dip into beaten egg and fry in frying pan.
Cut bun spread green chuyney on bun.
Place kabab, onion, tomato, cucumber, cabbage and khati methi chutney place another part on top bun kabab is ready.
For Green Chutney: Put all ingredients in blender and blend well.
For Khatti Methi Chutney: In a bowl put all ingredients and mix well.
