Recipe for Chicken Tikka Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 kg —— chicken legs, boneless
- 220 ml —— yogurt
- 40 ml —— lemon juice
- 20 gms each —— fried onion, garam masala, crushed adrak/lahsan.
- 12 gm each —— chilli, sabit dhania & zeera powder
- 08 gm each —— fresh dhanya, dried methi & ilaichi
- 100 ml —— fresh cream
- 20 ml —— red orange food coloring
Cooking Directions
Combine all the ingredients for chicken tikka, except cream & dried methi, & refrigerate for 24 hours.
Cook in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 250 degrees C.
Chop chicken into pieces & drizzle cream & methi over.
Pancakes: Mix all the ingredients to make a thick batter.
Pour small portions on a hot non-stick frying pan, spread evenly & cook on both sides till golden brown.
Serve with pancakes & fresh salad.
For the pancakes:
125 gms —— flour; 1 tbsp milk; 2 eggs, beaten & 2 tsp sunflower oil
