• 6 bread Slices cut into 2 pieces
• 3-4 small potato boiled, mashed
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 green chilis chopped
• red chili flakes to taste
• black pepper to taste (coarsely ground)
• 1/2 tsp cumin seed
• 1/2 tsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp hot chili sauce
• Salt to taste
• 2 egg beaten seasoned with salt & black pepper to taste.

Mix all the above ingredients in the mashed potato and spread the mixture just on one side of the bread, dip it carefully in the beaten egg and fry in oil till done.

Serve with mint/coriander chutney, tomato sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
