Recipe for Mango Kulfi

Ingredients

  • Milk 1 Ltr
  • Egg noodles 1 cup
  • Sugar 1, 1/2 cup
  • Dry milk powder 1, 1/2 cup
  • Mango puree as required

Cooking Directions

Boil the milk and let it cook for 15 minutes or more.

Now add noodles into milk and let it cook for more 20 minutes.

Add sugar and cook it for 15 minutes more.

Now put the mixture aside to cool.

When it gets cooled, pour this mixture into a blender and add dry milk powder into this mixture and blend it.

Pour this mixture into an air tight box and place it into freezer for 3 hours.

When it starts freezing, then beat it with an electric beater, also add mango in it.

For Presentation: After 6 hours, take mango kulfi out from freezer, add some chopped mango and serve.
