• Potato 1/2 kg
• Mutton minced 1/2 kg
• Onion 2
• Garlic (paste) 1 tbsp
• Ginger (paste) 1 tbsp
• Cumin seed 1 tbsp
• Red chili powder 1 tbsp
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Oil 1/3 cup
• Star Anise (Badiyan flower) 2
• Water 1 litre
• Fresh coriander as needed

Take oil in a pan and heat it for a while.

Now add onion and ginger-garlic paste, saute fry them.

Now add minced meat in it and fry it.

Then add red chili powder, turmeric and salt.

Mix all the ingredients well and fry them for 5 minutes.

Then add water in it and cook till it boils.

After a boil comes, cook on low heat for sometime.

Now add cumin seeds, star anise and coriander.

Now cook them for half an hour.

Chop the potatoes.

Add the potatoes in minced meat and cook them.

Now add black pepper and cook on low heat for 5 minutes
