Recipe for Dal Ke Laddu
Ingredients
- 250 grams radish (grated
- 1 cup moong dal (dhuli)
- 2 tablespoon tamarind chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoon mint chutney
- Chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Water to soak dal
Cooking Directions
Soak dal overnight.
Drain excess water and grind to a fine paste.
Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala Mix well.
Make small balls and deep-fry till they are golden in colour. Keep these balls on a plate.
Garnish with radish (mooli) lachha, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, chaat masala and coriander leaves.
