• 500 grams Potato
• 3 tbsps oil
• to taste salt
• 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp garam masala
• 1/2 tsp coriander
• 1/2 tsp Chili powder

Boil potatoes with skins till soft,Cool,Peel and dice into 1 inch cubes.

Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium heat.

Add potatoes and fry lightly stirring occasionally till golden brown.

Add all spices and stir till potatoes are evenly coated.
Remove. Serve hot
