Recipe for Sapota (Chikoo) Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Sapota (Cheeko) 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Gelatin powder 2 tsp
- Milk 2 cup
- Cream 1 pkt
- Condenced milk 1 tin
- Oil 2 tbsp oil
- Almond.
Cooking Directions
Peel and cut cheeko in pieces.
Boil cheeko in 1 cup water and sugar also add gelatin powder cook more.
In blender put milk, cream and boiled cheeko blend well.
Pour into ice cream mould and put in freezer.
Roast almond in oil and crush well sprinkle almond on ice cream.
Serve immedietly.
