Recipe for Strawberry Yogurt Icecream
Ingredients
- About 2-3 cups strawberries
- 2 cups plain yogurt ( can use low fat-fat free)
- 5 tbsp brown sugar ( depending on the sweetness of the fruit, +/- the amount)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Cooking Directions
Slice the strawberries into quarters.
Blend all the ingredients together.Pour them out in popsicle moulds
Refrigerate them for 5 hrs or until frozen and remove them from the mould.
You can keep the mould under hot running water for few seconds if the icecream does not come out. If you dont have a mould with sticks – dont forget to insert one.Slurp and burp and enjoy
