Recipe for Chicken Mexican Salsa
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts 2
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Tomato 2
- Green chili 4 (finely cut)
- Garlic clove 4 (finely cut)
- Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
- Salt to taste
- Oil ¼ cup
Cooking Directions
Cut chicken breasts, tomatoes, onion and capsicum into thin pieces.
Grill vegetables in grill pan and finely cut them.
Heat oil in a pot, fry garlic golden.
Add chicken, green chillies, red chillies and salt, fry a few minutes.
Add vegetables, fry for another 5 minutes and serve hot.
