Recipe for Tandoori Motia Tikka
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken ½ kg 2 inch cubes
- Black cumin ¼ tsp
- Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
- Butter to brush as required
- Grated cheese 3 tbsp
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp heaped
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Marinate the boneless cubes of chicken with Black cumin ¼ tsp, Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp, Butter to brush as required, Grated cheese 3 tbsp, Fresh cream 2 tbsp, Egg white 1, Allspice 1 tsp, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Green chili paste 1 tbsp heaped, Lemon juice 1 tbsp, Salt 1 tsp, Yogurt 4 tbsp threads the pieces on skewers.
Preheat oven 180 degree C and grills for 15 minutes.
Brush with butter and remove.
