• Chicken mince ½ kg
• Egg 1
• Bread slices 3
• Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste

In a bowl, add chicken mince, bread slices and corn flour and mix.

Chop them together in a chopper.

Then add crushed black pepper and salt to taste and mix well.

Make kebabs and shallow fry in hot oil from both sides.

When kebabs are golden brown, serve with your favorite dip.
