• Chicken breast 2
• Salt to taste
• Garlic 2 – 3 cloves
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Onion chopped 2
• Green capsicum 1
• Big green chilies 4 – 5
• Tinned mushroom ½ cup
• Crushed cumin seeds ½ tsp
• Red capsicum 1
• Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
• Tomato paste 2 tbsp
• Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
• Cheddar cheese grated 50 gm
• Mozzarella cheese 50 gm
• Oil 2 – 3 tbsp

Cut onion, capsicum, green chilies, mushroom and red capsicum into thin julienne.

Marinate chicken breast with chopped garlic, salt to taste and 3 tbsp lemon juice.

Now cook marinated chicken in a grill pan with a little oil.

When the chicken is done, remove from fire and cut into strips.

Now in a bowl mix together chicken strips, all the chopped vegetables, ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds, sliced mushroom, tomato paste, salt, chopped green chilies, crushed red pepper and ¼ bunch of coriander leaves. Mix well.

Then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and grated mozzarella cheese on top.

Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, serve hot.
