Recipe for Hari Chutney
Ingredients
- 1 big bunch of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 3 green chilies,chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of asafetida
- salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Blend all ingredients, except the cilantro, into a paste.
Add the cilantro, a little at a time, and blend.
If needed, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water. The water will help in blending.
Blend well and add more salt, green chilies, or lemon juice to taste.
Hari chutney is ready to eat.
