• Chicken 1kg boneless,
• black pepper 1tsp,
• mustard powder 1tsp,
• salt 1tsp,
• ajinomoto 1 ½ tsp,
• Worcestershire sauce 2tsp, oil for fry.
• Marinate all spices else oil for 24 hours.
• For batter: flour 2tps,
• baking powder ¼ tsp,
• corn flour 2tsp,
• chilled water as required,
• salt ½ tsp.
• Mix all together and make thick batter.
• For coating: cornflakes 1cup,
• bread crumbs 1cup,
• chips 1cup.
• Mix all spices & slightly grind (not into powder form) Bun,
• cheese, lettuce and mayonnaise as required.

Dip marinated chicken in batter then coat in prepared coating and deep fry chicken until it becomes golden.

Cut bun spread mayonnaise on both pieces, put lettuce, chicken and cheese slices serve hot with chili sauce and ketchup
