- Cucumber diced 1/4 cup
- Red onion chopped 1/4 cup
- Fresh cilantro chopped 2 Tbsp.
- Jalapeno peppers, seeded 1 No chopped finely.
- Fresh lime juice 2 Tbsp.
- Salt and pepper To taste
Cooking Directions
In bowl,combine mango,cucumber,onion,cilantro, Jalapeno pepper and lime juice.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Salsa is ready to enjoy!!!!.
